Household income is based on GROSS annual income, before deductions, earned from all sources. This community has a minimum income requirement of at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent.

Income Includes:

  • Employment income
  • Self-employment income
  • Social Security, pensions, SSI, or disability income
  • Unemployment compensation
  • Alimony or child support
  • Recurring contributions and gifts
  • Income from assets - interest, stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.
